Ingredients For Garlic Naan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Place flour in a bowl and add a generous pinch of Salt to it
  • 2. Then a little Baking powder
  • 3. One generous pinch Sugar.
  • 4. Drizzle a little bit of oil. Knead it in Milk.
  • 5. Make a nice and soft dough form this.
  • 6. It needs rest for 10 to 15 minutes
  • 7. Now we take small portions of the dough and make round balls.
  • 8. And once again give it a rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 9. roll it lightly
  • 10. Try to very little or no dry refined flour
  • 11. Take Chopped garlic
  • 12. chopped Coriander leaves
  • 13. press it lightly and roll it.
  • 14. Apply a little butter and prick it several times using a fork.
  • 15. Apply some water on the opposite side and place it on a hot steel girdle.
  • 16. Now
  • 17. turn it and cook it over the open flame. So that it gets a nice colour.
  • 18. Once golden brown
  • 19. apply some butter on top and serve hot.
