When the sun plans to boil you with the heat and you hate spending lot of time in your kitchen, but your mind and tongue demands some yummy dish, trust me, this is the best you can gift yourself.

Mix the cornflour and Kashmiri red chilly powder in the milk with a pinch of salt and keep it aside.

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric.

Heat oil in a kadhai, fry the fish till they are lightly golden brown in color. Once fried, take out the fish and within the same oil, do the rest of the cooking for this recipe.

Now, take the fenugreek seeds in a strainer and dip that strainer in the heated oil in the kadhai. It will allow the smell of the methi to dominate in the gravy, besides you can keep yourself away from discarding methi seeds while having the dish.

Once the methi smell starts coming out, take out the strainer and add chopped green chillies in that same oil.

Once the chillies start tampering, stir the milk mixture well and then add the milk in the same oil.
7.
Let the milk boil once, then add the fried fish into it. A very little hot water can be added to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
