Methods
  • 1. In a little ghee, fry gond,fox nuts and dry nuts
  • 2. and then grind them
  • 3. now take a pan and heat ghee and add wheat flour and fry it in slow flame
  • 4. then add besan,fennel seeds and fry it
  • 5. then add khoya and saute it
  • 6. then add powder sugar and grinded gond mixture
  • 7. Fry for 2 minutes, turn off the gas and make laddoos when slightly cooled
