Recipe Notes

Continuous stirring is necessary. Add angoori only after rabdi gets chilled.

Methods
  • 1. Boil green peas for 10 minutes and then crush it.
  • 2. Saute the crushed peas in ghee for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add milk and stir continuously for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add sugar and pista flakes. Mix it well.
  • 5. Add khoya and mix.
  • 6. Stir continuously for 15 minutes.
  • 7. Put it in a freezer.
  • 8. To make angoori- Take grated paneer and mix it using hands. Add milk and mix it well. Roll small balls out of it. Add the balls in the rabdi after it gets chilled.
  • 9. Garnish it with pista flakes and rose petals and serve it.
