Recipe Notes

Syrup should be thick. After adding milkmaid to roasted vermicelli check it should be little soft and crispy. Cream should be medium thick for layering.

Methods
  • 1. In a pan heat ghee add vermicilii(sewaiyan) crush it and add cardamom powder 1tsp. Saute it for 10 minutes on low flame till it turns goledn brown and roasted completely.
  • 2. Once it turns light brown roasted colour then add 2tsp milkmaid and chopped almonds stir it continuously . Mix it well on low flame.
  • 3. Transfer it to plate Let it cool down.
  • 4. In a bowl add chilled cream add gulkand add 2tsp milkmaid. Beat it with beater for 5 minutes to give frothy texture. Put it in fridge for 15 minutes
  • 5. In a pan add sugar add water half bowl add 5 strands of saffron add cardamom add rose essence.Boil it till it turns into medium thick as sugar syrup.
  • 6. Then let it cool down.
  • 7. Take serving glass or bowl. Add one layer of crushed vermicelli mixture add cream mixture layer add some chopped dry fruits .Then again vermicelli layer add 1tsp sugar syrup.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped pistachios. Let it cool for 15 minutes in fridge.
