Ingredients For GULPAVATE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Fry wheat till it becomes slightly crispy
  • 2. Then grind it into powder
  • 3. Now add milk, fresh coconut to grinded wheat powder
  • 4. Give a mix & rest for 30 minutes
  • 5. After 30 minutes,heat 2 tsp ghee in a thick bottom pan
  • 6. Fry till raw smell goes
  • 7. Now add melted & filtered jaggery & keep stirring
  • 8. Keep stirring & keep adding ghee in batches until mixture becomes thick
  • 9. Let it cool & make shapes, garnish with cashews, melon seeds, dry coconut
