Ingredients For Healthy Bites Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly mix the butter and caster sugar then add maida in it and knead a dough.
  • 2. The dough should be hard if you press finger in that the impression of finger will be left.
  • 3. Then place the dough in between the parchment paper and roll the dough up to half inch.
  • 4. Now cut out different shapes with help of a cookie cutter.
  • 5. Now place the cookies in freezer for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Now bake them at oven 180 degree celsius for around 12-15 minutes.
  • 7. Bake until the edges become golden.
  • 8. After baking rest the cookies for around 10 minutes to harden.
  • 9. Take hung curd and 22 tsp of sugar and elaichi powder and mix them.
  • 10. Place the hung curd mixture i.e. shrikhand aside.
  • 11. Now take a mango and peel and slice in very thin thin stripes and then fold them in a shape of rosette.
  • 12. Now take cookies and cover them with shrikhand and now place mango rosette on it.
