Ingredients For Healthy Panjiri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 2 tbsp ghee, heat ghee. Fry all the dry fruits one by one.
  • 2. Crush fried gond. Coarsely chopped cashews and almonds.
  • 3. Heat ghee, on low heat roast flour until it becomes light brown and ghee starts releasing.
  • 4. Add all the dry fruits, dry ginger and kali mirch. Mix it well. Turn of the flame. Let it little cool .
  • 5. Add jaggery in it . Mix it very well.
  • 6. Panjiri is ready .
