Add a little water, salt and turmeric to the washed moong dal and boil it for 5 minutes and keep it aside, mashed the boiled rajma

Now heat the oil in a pan, add cumin, garlic, green chilli and onion and fry it, then mix the mash rajma and lentils, add salt, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice and green coriander.

Now make wheat flour bread, now put mayonnaise and saus in the cooked roti and add Rajma mixture

Then grate the carrots and cheese and make rolls and fry them with ghee and serve hot
