Methods
  • 1. Add a little water, salt and turmeric to the washed moong dal and boil it for 5 minutes and keep it aside, mashed the boiled rajma
  • 2. Now heat the oil in a pan, add cumin, garlic, green chilli and onion and fry it, then mix the mash rajma and lentils, add salt, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice and green coriander.
  • 3. Now make wheat flour bread, now put mayonnaise and saus in the cooked roti and add Rajma mixture
  • 4. Then grate the carrots and cheese and make rolls and fry them with ghee and serve hot
