Methods
  • 1. Firstly, in a mortar pestle take ginger, cinnamon,cloves,cumin,cardamom and pepper.Crush into a rough paste and keep aside.
  • 2. In a saucepan take 4 cups water and add in the prepared ginger and spice mix.
  • 3. Add Tulsi,Mint leaves,turmeric and jaggery.Mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  • 4. Strain the tea and add lemon juice,honey.finally immunity booster drink is ready to sip.
