Ingredients For Immunity booster panjiri recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry makhana till golden brown. Remove from heat and crush all the makhana in a separate plate.
  • 2. Roast samolina with ghee and after proper roasting add flour to it. Roast till raw smell goes off.
  • 3. Add roast makhana, dry coconut, cashew nuts and almonds in the mixture.
  • 4. Add suger and mix well. Remove from heat and cool down a bit. Keep it in a bowl and serve. Enjoy healthy panjiri.
