Methods
  • 1. Soak Poha in a bowl for 30 seconds, strain and set asideIn a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and chopped onion.
  • 2. On low flame cook till lightly brown add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli. Mix wellAdd lime juice, sugar. Stir and add water to dissolve sugar
  • 3. Add Poha and salt. Stir well. Add chopped coriander leaves, stir and set asideGarnish with lime wedges, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, whole green chilli, peanuts and bhujia. Enjoy!
