Soak Poha in a bowl for 30 seconds, strain and set asideIn a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and chopped onion.

On low flame cook till lightly brown add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli. Mix wellAdd lime juice, sugar. Stir and add water to dissolve sugar

Add Poha and salt. Stir well. Add chopped coriander leaves, stir and set asideGarnish with lime wedges, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, whole green chilli, peanuts and bhujia. Enjoy!
