Ingredients For Jeera Aalu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the potatoes into pieces.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds, green chilli and sesame seeds. When it turns brown add boiled potatoes and Mix it . Cook it on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Now add all the masala. Mix it well. Add chopped coriander leaves
  • 4. To give it little tangy taste I added 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
  • 5. Jeera aalu is ready to serve.
