Methods
  • 1. First, peel and cut the boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Put cumin seeds in it. When cumin turns brown, add green chilies and tomatoes, fry it well.
  • 3. Now mix all the dry spices in it. Add chopped potatoes too. Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • 4. Switch off the gas and squeeze lemon juice on it. Add chopped green coriander leaves.
