Ingredients For Jhunka ( Besan ki sabji ) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a wok, heat oil. Add mustard seeds when it splutter add Asafoetida, green chilli and onion. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add capsicum, Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato. Mix all things well.
  • 2. Add besan in it. Roast it on low medium flame for 5 minutes, or until the besan turns aromatic.
  • 3. Add all the spices in it. Mix it well.
  • 4. Now add 2.5 cup water. Stir continuesly, make sure there are no lumps cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the besan is cooked completely.
