Ingredients For Jowar Crêpes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix jowar flour, corn flour and rice flour in a bowl. Whisk and combine them well.
  • 2. Add 1tbsp butter, salt and honey. Now add water to make a batter.
  • 3. Leave the batter for few minutes.
  • 4. Then adjust the consistency and mix the batter well.
  • 5. Brush a non-stick pan with a little butter and pour a ladle full over the pan in circular shape.
  • 6. Cook over medium heat for few minutes and flip it and again cook till it becomes golden.
  • 7. Transfer it to a plate and serve hot.
  • 8. Dazzle honey and garnish with your favorite fruits.
