Ingredients For Veggie Corn Crepes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil sweet corn in water for 2 minutes and then strain and keep aside.
  • 2. Chop all veggies finely or crush in food processor, except corn.
  • 3. Transfer in a mixing bowl and add flour and rava.Add chili powder and salt.
  • 4. Now add water and make a semi thick batterRest the batter for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full batter in it, spread evenly like dosa.Sprinkle a teaspoon full of oil over it and cook from both sides.
  • 6. Spread mayonnaise on one side of crepe and top with boiled sweet corn.
  • 7. Sprinkle pizza seasoning and fold twice to make triangle shape.
  • 8. Veggie corn Crepes are ready.
