Kids love varieties in their lunchbox. So I tried every time something new for them. This time I have made spinach and potato crepes which is healthy and tasty too.

Ingredients For Spinach And Potato Crepes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel off and grate potatoes from manual grater.
  • 2. Soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  • 3. After this strain, wash and squeeze water from grated potato.
  • 4. Wash spinach leaves and chop finely.
  • 5. Put finely chopped spinach in a mixing bowl and add grated potato, rava and besan.
  • 6. Now add chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and chat masala powder.
  • 7. Add salt and mix well with spoon.
  • 8. Now add 2 tbsp water and make a thick batter.
  • 9. Heat a nonstick pan, add oil and spread evenly from brush.
  • 10. Pour a ladle ful batter in pan and spread evenly to make thin layer.
  • 11. Cover and cook on low heat till one side done.
  • 12. Pour some oil over it and flip to cook from another side.
  • 13. When it cooked properly from both sides fold it in triangle shape.
  • 14. Pack it in your Kiddo's lunchbox with tomato sauce.
