Ingredients For Jowar idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean, wash and soak the urad dal, and methi seeds in enough water for overnight or 6-8 hours.
  • 2. After soaking blend it in a blender till smooth. Cover and keep aside to ferment for 5-6 hours.
  • 3. After ferment the batter add salt as required and mix.
  • 4. Pour spoonful of batter in greased idli mould And steam it in idli steamer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes removed idli from steamer and serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
