Ingredients For Jowar ki Katori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the ingredients. Gradually add water and knead semi soft dough.
  • 2. Keep it aside for 5-6 minutes. Divide it into small equal parts.
  • 3. Grease Appe pan with oil.
  • 4. Flat the dough balls with hands or roll it. Place it in holes of Appe pans.
  • 5. Cook it on low heat. Cover the lid.
  • 6. When from one sides it cooks , turn it and again bake for 3-4 minutes.
  • 7. Remove it. Let it cool, then use it for canapes or chat katori etc.
