Ingredients For JOWAR PANCAKE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add jowar flour ,curd ,chopped green chilli, salt,turmeric, grated cucumber, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves .
  • 2. Mix every with adding water make a batter of pouring consistency.
  • 3. Use uttapa pan or normal nonstick pan to make jowar pancakes ,grease oil on pan and spread batter in round shape and make it as pancake size.
  • 4. Always cook using little oil from both the sides on low flame .
  • 5. Serve jowar pancakes with tomato sauce or green chutni.
