Ingredients For Jowar pongal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the jowar for 12-14 hrs
  • 2. Pressure cook for 10-12 whistle
  • 3. Mash it to smooth texture
  • 4. In a pan add ghee, mashed jowar, jaggery, milk and 1/2 glass water.
  • 5. Let it simmer for few minutes till gets thickened
  • 6. Add roasted dry fruits, cardamom powder.
  • 7. Serve hot
