Ingredients For Jowar (sorghum) chaat salad recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fristly take jowar wash and soak for 5-6 hours
  • 2. Cook jowar in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistle,discard the leftover water ,add the salt and mix well
  • 3. Take one bowl add the cooked jowar , Onion, tomato, capsicum, beetroot,mango, pomegranate, cucumber and mix well
  • 4. Further add the black salt, chat masala,cumin powder, lemon juice, fresh Coriander leaves mix nicley
  • 5. Jowar chat salad are ready
