Ingredients For Kadai Tandoori Drumsticks Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash, clean & prick chicken drumsticks. In a bowl, add curd. Whisk till smooth, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Massage chicken well with hands. Cover and leave in refrigerator for 6 hrs. to marinate.
  • 3. Heat a heavy bottom kadai. Add marination and chicken marinated.
  • 4. Cook it on high heat for 15 minutes, turning over once or twice. Open, turnover and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Use sharp knife to check chicken. Continue cooking on lowest heat for another 5-10 minutes.
  • 6. Arrange on a serving platter. Serve with onion rings, mint chutney and a lemon wedge
  • 7. Delicious flavorful chicken is ready to eat.
