Kaju badam kulfi Recipe

In Ramdan making with different style gravy or snack the most important think is some cold and refreshing so here I though as I am always making drinks and juice let's make kulfi with pure milk and dryfruits.which can gives u taste and cool feeling.i have made 6 kulfi a in hlf litre and it's totally depends which size of container u r using.u can prepare it in night keep it in refrigerator for whole night.so let's make it.

While boilling milk pot should heavy from lower side so milk won't get burned.in half liter I made 6 kulfi as I was using plastic container and it's depend on size of container.

Methods
  • 1. Add kaju badam in mixer jar and make powder of it
  • 2. Now add milk in deep pot add whole milk in it and keep on medium flame
  • 3. Keep it boiling and stir it after every 1-2 minute.make sure you are stiring it properly so milk won't get burn from lower side. U have to store it till milk remain 3/4 in pot
  • 4. U will see milk getting coloure changed now add sugar and dryfruit powder and elaichi powder.
  • 5. Mix it well it will look so thick mixture and again keep boiling for 1 min now get off from flame
  • 6. Let it cool down properly
  • 7. Now take kulfi mould.pour mixture in it and cover it with theire top
  • 8. Keep in refrigerator for atleast 7-8 hours
  • 9. After 7-8 hours just take out from refrigerator and just keep it eat for 4-5 min
  • 10. Now open tops of it.add kulfi sticks on center and slowly slowly take out kulfi
  • 11. Get it in serving plate garnish with some cuted dryfruits and have it.
