Ingredients For Kanji Pani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the carrot & beetroot & chop it.
  • 2. Coarsely grind the indian gooseberry.
  • 3. Fill an earthen pot with 3 to 4 ltr water & mix all the ingredients.
  • 4. Cover the pot with a wet muslin cloth & keep it in direct sunlight for 3 to 4 days.
  • 5. When the kanji tastes sour that means it's fermented.
  • 6. Serve it chilled.It's can be refrigerate.
