Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mix together sprouts, carrot gratings, coconut, lemon extract. Chop & cursh green chillies along with salt & add to bowl.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry urad dal, mustard & hing.
  • 3. Once mustard crackle add curry leaves. Add this tadka to veggiesix in bowl.
  • 4. Give a good mix. Healthy tasty salad 'Kosambsri' is ready to relish.
