Methods
  • 1. Mix together carrot gratings, moong sprouts , coconut , coriander leaves , lemon, grated ginger in a bowl.
  • 2. Crush green chillies adding salt and add this to bowl.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan, add hing, urad dal and mustard.
  • 4. Once mustard crackle add curry leaves and add this to kosambari.
  • 5. Give a good stir and serve.
