Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add grated lauki(Bottle gourd) in it.
  • 2. Add besan into it with all the spices mentioned.
  • 3. Mix with your hands first till well combined to check the consistency.
  • 4. If the batter seems dry then add a splash of water(do not add much other wise it will splutter while frying)
  • 5. Heat up a wok and add oil. Heat up on medium high flame.
  • 6. Deep fry by forming bite sized balls of the mixture and fry till golden brown on medium flame.
  • 7. Enjoy with coriander chutney and tea.
