Methods
  • 1. In a kadhai, add ghee.
  • 2. Add onion purĂ©e, sautĂ© for 3-4 minutes
  • 3. Add all masala, besan, and SautĂ© until mixture becomes completely dry
  • 4. Add khichdi , pickle and mix well
  • 5. Let the mixture cool down
  • 6. Geese both hands with oil, make kebabs out of this mixture
  • 7. Roll them in bread crumbs
  • 8. Pan fry or deep fry
  • 9. Serve hot with mint chutney
