  • 1. First step boiled aloo mashed in a bowl. Roast peanuts and make powder. Finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies In a mixing bowl add leftover sabudana khichdi ,2 boiled mash potato, roasted peanuts powder 1/2 cup, Salt to taste,2 tea spoon jeera, finely chopped green chillies, coriander mix well form dough. Paddu pan grease oil ball sized dough place in paddu pan cover simmer 5 minutes flip over Cook all sides golden & crisp Sabudana paniyaram ready.
