Ingredients For Lemon Souffle Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Separate egg yolk and egg white.
  • 2. Beat egg yolk,sugar and milk and cook on double boiler.
  • 3. On other side , beat egg white and cream separately.
  • 4. Soak gelatin in hot boiling water.
  • 5. Cool down the milk mixture at room temperature and whisk till the volume gets tripled.
  • 6. Add vanilla essence and gelatin to the mixture.
  • 7. Add whisked egg whites and cream and mix gently.
  • 8. Add lemon essence, lemon zest, and lemon colour and mix.
  • 9. Pour the mixture into glass. And garnish with lemon or cherries.
  • 10. Keep it in freezer to set for 30 minutes.
