Methods
  • 1. Lilva is so hard So first of all.
  • 2. Take the lilva beans with half a teaspoon turmeric.
  • 3. Salt and water till the three whistles of the cooker & boiled, drained and kept aside .
  • 4. Wash the fresh green garlic and clean it.
  • 5. Remove the top of the green garlic.
  • 6. Take one teaspoon of oil in pan, add cumin seeds chopped green chillies, green garlic and ginger.
  • 7. Add the finely chopped coriander and mix everything to turn off the gas.
  • 8. As the mixture cools slightly.
  • 9. Add half a glass of water to the mixer jar and make a paste.
  • 10. Now in the same nonstick pan, add about two and a half teaspoons of oil add the boiled lilva beans and add turmeric powder.
  • 11. Add green paste and salt to taste .
  • 12. Finally add lemon juice to it.
  • 13. Mix the vegetables properly and turn off the gas.
  • 14. In a serving bowl, garnish with green onion coconut fresh grated coconut & coriander leaves.
  • 15. Very tasty green tuver and green garlic gravy is ready to serve.
  • 16. Serve it with a hot kulcha or Roti.
