LONG BEANS BHARTA RECIPE

It is a mouth watering, very tasty and awesome delicious dish. This long beans which is known as BARBOTI in Bengali is generally used in different types of mixed vegetables curry. But here I have cooked these long beans bharta which is very delicious and tasty with hot boiled rice mixed with mustard oil.

Ingredients For LONG BEANS BHARTA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut the long beans into small pieces and wash it .
  • 2. Then these pieces of long beans are mixed with water and boiled it for 5 mins .
  • 3. Heat the black jeera and take it in a grinder.
  • 4. Now add green chilli, garlic cloves and ginger in the grinder and make a paste.
  • 5. Remove this paste in a bowl and now take all the long beans into a grinder and make a paste of it.
  • 6. Heat the pan and pour mustard oil in it and add the long beans paste in it and add turmeric powder .
  • 7. Stir it continuously and add salt and sugar,,and then add garlic ginger paste.
  • 8. Stir continuously and when it becomes dense and dry and now add 1 spoon of mustard oil and remove it from the pan.
  • 9. Now the delicious and tasty, Long Beans Bharta is ready to serve with hot boiled rice.
