Add garam masala, chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, chopped corinader,chopped green chilli. Mix well.

Add corn flour to the mixture. Mix it properly.

After good mixing all these ingredients male balls with the palm of hand. Take cookie cutter (heart shape) put the balls into the cutter and give shape to the mixture balls.

Remove cutter, put heart shaped croquette in beaten egg bowl.
6.
Remove quickly and coat with the bread crumbs equally and properly.
7.
Heat oil in wok. Deep fry the heart croquette till golden brown colour.
8.
Remove and serve with the mint chutney/ ketchup.
