Ingredients For Maggi Aloo Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making aloo tikki:-Take mashed potatoes add onion to it then add turmeric,chilli powder,chilli garlic paste,salt, cornflour to it and mix it well. Prepare a nice dough of it and then take small balls of that dough and press it on hand make a patti and shallow fry it on the pan.
  • 2. Next take 4 packets of maggi Instant noodles and boil it without masala. After boiling it place it in flat container and let it freeze for 20 minutes then make a circle of that frozen maggi using small circular shaped container and then deep fry it into the oil.
