Methods
  • 1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
  • 2. Crush the peanuts.
  • 3. Take a tadka pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it. When it starts crackle add curry leaves. Turn off the flame.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl add cucumber and curd. Pour this tadka over it.
  • 5. Add salt , chilli powder and peanuts. Mix it well.
