Ingredients For Makai Dum Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take one pan in that add oil butter when it’s hot then add onions and make it aromatic.
  • 2. Now add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well after that add capsicum and mix well mixture and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Now add tomato and cashew paste and mix well then sauté for a minute. Than add all spices and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add boiled sweet corn mix it with spices and add water than boil it for 5 minutes.
  • 5. After that add grated paneer then add garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix well.
  • 6. Then cook it for 2-3 minutes.
