Methods
  • 1. Cut the makhane into small pieces
  • 2. Then add ghee in a pan Roast the slice makhanahe on a medium flame till it's turns in light pink colour
  • 3. Now heat up the milk on a bed in a medium flame
  • 4. When the milk come to boil put roasted makhana in it and stare it properly with a spoon Kheer should be cooked in an open pan
  • 5. When the makhane gets soft add all dry fruits in to it
  • 6. Now stir kheer for a while with the spoon
  • 7. Now add sugar and allow it to cook on the low flame in 2 minutes when sugar dissolve in the kheer add cardamom powder in it
  • 8. In this way makhana kheer is ready to enjoy now put the kheer in a bowl and eat it cold or warm as ur choice
