Ingredients For Makhmali Soya Seekh Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly soak the soya chunks in hot water, then squeeze the water and put the soya chunks in mixer and make a fine paste.
  • 2. Then take a bowl, add the soya chunks paste, add salt, kebab chini, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted gram flour, chopped coriander and mint leaves, ½ tsp ghee and boiled smashed potato. Mix them With hand,cover and keep in fridge for one hour or until the mixture is firm.
  • 3. Then apply some ghee on hand and take a portion of the kebab mixture and give it a seekh kebab shape into long skewers.
  • 4. Brush them with ghee and grill for 5 mins or until golden brown colour.
  • 5. And makhmali soya seekh kebab is ready to be served with green chutney.
