Ingredients For Makki k Aate ki Kadhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add curd in it and whisk it.
  • 2. Add 2-3 cups water and again whisk it. Add cornmeal flour mix it.
  • 3. Now heat a kadhai or Pan add ghee in it
  • 4. Adf mustard and cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds and cloves let it crackle .add asafoetida
  • 5. Add Green chilli n ginger paste and curry leaves saute it.
  • 6. Add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and then add curd n cornmeal batter and stir it.
  • 7. Stir continuously still kadhi started boiling. Add jaggery in it and let it cook for more 4-5 minutes.
  • 8. Serve hot with chapati or rice
