Ingredients For MALABAR PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • 2. With the heip of water make a soft dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough into balls.
  • 5. Roll out dough into thin chapati,spread clarified butter on it.
  • 6. Now dust the dry flour and make fleets.
  • 7. Roll it in a circle like swiss roll.
  • 8. Now dust the dry flour and roll out paratha.
  • 9. On a heated pan make paratha applying on both the sides.
  • 10. Then crush paratha to form layers.
  • 11. Serve malabar paratha with drumstick subji.
