Pour oil into a frying pan, once it is hot, add mustard seeds, jeera.

Once it splutters then add garlic and cook till it gets golden in color.

Now add onions and cook until they turn golden, then add tomatoes.

Then add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder in it .

Once tomatoes are soft, add the beans and water in it. Cook it for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, take a sauce pan and add grated coconut and roast it till it turns golden brown.

Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera, garlic, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and cook till it turns golden brown.

Now take it off the flame and let it cool down.

Then take a blender, add the fried masala and some water. Blend it till the consistency is thick.
11.
Now add the fried masala paste into the frying pan and cook it for 15 minutes more, then transfer it to a serving bowl.
12.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
