Ingredients For Purple beans in coconut masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and rinse the beans under running water.
  • 2. Pour oil into a frying pan, once it is hot, add mustard seeds, jeera.
  • 3. Once it splutters then add garlic and cook till it gets golden in color.
  • 4. Now add onions and cook until they turn golden, then add tomatoes.
  • 5. Then add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder in it .
  • 6. Once tomatoes are soft, add the beans and water in it. Cook it for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Meanwhile, take a sauce pan and add grated coconut and roast it till it turns golden brown.
  • 8. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera, garlic, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and cook till it turns golden brown.
  • 9. Now take it off the flame and let it cool down.
  • 10. Then take a blender, add the fried masala and some water. Blend it till the consistency is thick.
  • 11. Now add the fried masala paste into the frying pan and cook it for 15 minutes more, then transfer it to a serving bowl.
  • 12. Garnish it with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
