Ingredients For Tomato Rasam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, garlic, dry red chillies and green chillies.
  • 2. Add tomato puree with spices and cook till oil gets separated on sides.
  • 3. Add water and bring it to boil. Add tamarind pulp and mix well.
  • 4. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5. Add coriander leaves
