Creamy and delicious Malai Kulfi is the perfect homemade treat! This eggless ice cream is flavored with cardamom, dried milk solids and nuts! Made with simple ingredients.

In a heavy bottom wok, add milk and let it come to boil. In a mixing bowl take milk powder add two tbsp milk from the wok, mix well. Add this lump free mixture to the boiling milk. Keep stirring continuously. Turn the flame low.

Add fresh malai and let it boil continuously till the volume reaches to half of it. Stir in between.

Add sugar and stir continuously until sugar gets completely dissolved. Add chopped pistachios and almonds and cardamom powder. Mix well. Turn the flame off. Mixture will be very creamy and rich.

Now cool the mixture completely. Add coconut powder, mix well. Full the kulfi moulds with this mixture. Add chocolate syrup and cocoa powder for chocolate flavour kulfi.Cover with the lid. Freeze overnight. Take out with the help of knife and insert a skewer and enjoy.
