Ingredients For Malpua In Desi Ghee Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add in the maida fennel seeds powdered cardamom khoya and combine them well.
  • 2. Then add in the curd and mix. Now pour in the water and mix well.
  • 3. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  • 4. After 30 minutes heat some ghee in a frying pan or griddle.
  • 5. Before frying add a pinch of baking soda and mix well.
  • 6. With the help of a laddle pour the batter in the heated ghee and shallow fry. When the base becomes golden flip the malpua and fry until golden and crisp from the sides.
  • 7. While the malpua is getting fried prepare the sugar syrup by pouring sugar and water in a heavy bottom pan and cooking it until one string consistency.
  • 8. As the malpua is fried dip it in the prepared sugar syrup for approximately 2 minutes
  • 9. Garnish the malpua with some rabri and roasted dry fruits.
