Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan, fry onion, ginger, garlic and chopped mix vegetables and cook on low heat
  • 2. add 1 glass of water and boil
  • 3. add salt, pepper and lemon zest
  • 4. and add all 3 sauces and vinegar and cornflour slurry
  • 5. take it in a bowl and serve fried noodles when it is thick
