Malabar spinach soup Recipe

Ingredients For Malabar spinach soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a cooker, add Malabar spinach, sweet potato and add three cups of water then close the lid and cook them.
  • 2. Let it cool then nicely grind them.
  • 3. Heat the kadai, add butter, ginger and garlic and little fry them.
  • 4. Add onion and mix nicely and fry them.
  • 5. Add capsicum, beans, carrot, cabbage green chili sauce and salt and mix nicely.
  • 6. Add two small cups of water and let it boil nicely. Add grinded mixture and mix.
  • 7. Add coriander leaves and pepper powder and mix.
  • 8. Once it boiled, switch of the flame and add fresh cream and mix.
  • 9. Pour it into serving bowls and add some fresh cream.
  • 10. Serve with papad and crispy Noddles
