Ingredients For Mango bhapa Dahi

Methods
  • 1. Beat yoghurt and cream for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Add condensed milk and mix gently.
  • 3. Add chopped mangoes and cardamom powder and mix gently.
  • 4. Add chopped almonds and pistachios from the top.
  • 5. In a steamer boil water.
  • 6. Put the mixture covered in the steamer and steam it for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Let it cool, keep in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • 8. Serve chilled
