Ingredients For Rasgulla

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk, add lemon juice and stir, when it become milk curd, pour in to a fine cloth/muslin, wash with drinking water, squeeze and hung for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Take in 1 bowl, kneed till it become soft and smooth, make small size balls and keep aside, take water in one pan, add sugar.
  • 3. Boil up to bubbling, add saffron, crushing with fingers, now put the gulla in it, cook up to 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 4. Rasgulla is Ready to eat.
